Birthday Wish List

It's less than a month until my birthday and so I've started a wish list!

I really want these Tory Burch sandals, but when I showed my husband he laughed .  

Tortoise shell Ray-Bans.  So classic!

I know you're thinking only the lamest person in the world would want socks for their birthday, but these are the best socks ever!  They are asics hydrology and they are the only ones I like to run in!

Another kind of boring birthday gift but I love these scrub tops and I always need more for work.

Same as above.

Silver Jack Rogers.

I love McKim sandals; they are cute and classy and comfortable.

I wouldn't really need these and the silver Jacks.  It's an either/or kinda thing.

Lilly Update

Remember this post when I wrote about how I had about 5 dresses with no where to wear them all.  Well now I'm about 3 dresses short.

I'm going to wear this one to my cousins wedding

I wore this for my cousin's fiance's bridal shower.

I wore this for Easter

I'm going to wear this one for the rehersal dinner for my cousin's wedding.

 I also have a bachelorette party, another wedding, and Keeneland this Saturday for the Toyota Bluegrass Stakes that I still need a dress for!

I bought this dress last week but it won't be in until the 21st, and it's too casual for most of the events I have coming up!

I'm either going to have to get to shopping!  My husband will hate this post!

Retail Therapy

I saw on facebook and a couple of my favorite blogs that people were impressed with the Rue La La sale yesterday.  I wasn't really; I didn't need anything and prices seemed a little high for very old clothes.

I wanted this skirt and it was only $29, but shipping is $10 which made it a little unreasonable for a skirt from summer of 2010.  The $10 shipping is a one time fee per month but I know that I will not be buying anything else unless they have another Lilly sell within a month.

Hotty Pink first impression is my all time favorite print but  I couldn't bring myself to pay $80  for a dress I have no where to wear.  Plus, since I used this print in my wedding, two of my best friends have the blossom dress that I can borrow!

I was bummed out about not finding anything on Rue La La so I decided to go to Belk to see if they had anything on sale.

They did not but they were have a 20% off if you use your card thing so I got this dress.  It ran really big so I had to get an extra small!

I would have gotten this one too, but my Belk did not get this print.  I'm still on the hunt.

April Showers

It's officially April and I'm pretty sure it has rained everyday.  I haven't actually been out in the rain since I've worked almost everyday and it's only been short little storms.  

I don't really like rain boots, but I have these ones from Lilly Pulitzer .  I got them about 4 years ago, and they came with boot liners;  Lilly was way ahead of the game on that one.

I have a very similar white rain coat from Columbia.  I got mine on  super clearance because it has a little pink ribbon on it for breast cancer awareness month and I bought it in November.

I have a Lilly umbrella from their collaboration with Le Sport Sac, but I like these better.  I would like to get one but mine is still going strong so I guess I'll wait.
